Simpson, Wentz sell marital home

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz have apparently decided to sell their home because it is not suitable for raising children in.

The couple, who got married and had son Bronx Mowgli last year, are believed to have put the Beverly Hills mansion on the market before looking for a property with more outside space.

A friend of the pair told Life And Style magazine: "The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older they realised that really isn't a child-friendly house."

They added: "They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children."

Simpson-Wentz allegedly bought the home, which has a gym, swimming pool and guesthouse, in 2007 for a reported $4.5 million (£2.8 million).
