We don't like to get greedy here at Digital Spy, so with the sun shining and a selection of Oliver Cheshire images for your viewing pleasure, we were quite content.And then we saw this. Eager to offer proof that he kept his "promise" of healthy eating, JLS's Oritsé Williams kindly shared this gym snap via the group's Facebook page. It looks like his 3am gym sessions are paying off.
Marvin, Aston and JB should feel free to offer similar evidence ASAP!

What has happened to this site lately? Not content with wiping it off the main topic bar, it's now hardly ever updated and then when it is it's a poor show. Very little content and hardly worth trying to find on the blogs now which are just clogged up with rubbish. Do the section some justice or not at all.

Beauty is subjective Ross - he's certainly not ugly - looks are something we are BORN with, and you can no more help how good looking your are than Brad Pitt can - but I really would look in the mirror before calling anyone ugly if I were you!
