However, BBC News reports that Gough has been arrested again by Fife Constabulary in Townhill near Dunfermline at around 2pm today (July 20).
Gough has been arrested walking out of the gates of Perth Prison before, but this time he was allowed more time to change his ways.
However, the 53-year-old refuses to "compromise" his nakedness.
He said: "To conform with everyone else is the easiest way, but when you conform, you compromise your principles. I am not going to give up. Stay naked is the word."

OK it's not everyone's cup of tea but what harm is he actually doing? There are tribes in many parts of the world that don't wear cloths - do they get locked up. He simply doesn't believe in the western culture of wearing clothes, and why should he? Everyone has the right to be an individual yet the authorities want to oppress that right. I'm not a naturist of any kind, I like wearing clothes and to be honest it would oppressive for anyone to tell me I shouldn't.

6 years just for being naked? How can that possibly be right?

Public nudity - evil. Mass murder - perfectly acceptable.
Peculiar country we live in when Blair is now a millionaire and even though he's responsible for countless deaths he'll never spend one second in jail.
