An elephant plays football with a giant sheep - pictures

Some of you may be excited about Euro 2012 in Poland and the Ukraine, others may have half an eye on the London Olympics, but there's only one event really worth talking about this summer.

That's the Shaun the Sheep Championsheeps, which takes place at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo at Dunstable, Bedfordshire from June 2 to June 10 from 10.30am to 4pm.



An elephant playing football. What could possibly be more brilliant than that..?

Well, how about the very same elephant with a massive Shirley the Sheep?



Entry to the Championsheeps is included in the cost of admission to the zoo.

Events include the Naughty Pig Sack Race, Cabbage Keepie Uppie and Get Fit with the Flock, which is a mass participation session of hula hooping, aerobics and line dancing.
