Any future owners of the penthouse apartment will have a clear view of the drop below them.
HomeDSGN reports that architects Hernandez Silva Arquitectos (HSA) developed the apartment on the top of an ageing colonial-style building.
The firm explained that the space was originally intended for a second elevator, which was never installed.
HSA's press release describes the penthouse as using "the concepts of transparency and the simplicity of materials."

Let's face it... never get constipated with that loo.. Hell, you probable crap yourself just walking into the room lol. I know I would (terrified of heights... but I did love skydiving when I was younger... go figure).
Imagine that the lights in the shaft only come on when you sit on the loo... and normally it is one way floor that looks black. Now imagine a visitor goes to use the loo... they go in and lock the door and sit down and then you hear "ARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH".
:D
