Man sues BMW over two-year erection

After a four-hour ride with a "ridge-like" seat, Henry Wolf's condition began.
Orange News reports that Wolf is holding BMW and the motorcycle seatmaker Corbin-Pacific accountable for emotional distress and medical expenses.
The Californian has claimed that his situation is due to an extreme case of priapism.
Priapism, or the state of having a exceptionally long-lasting erection, usually only occurs for several hours.
Wolf's lawsuit states that he is "now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish".

Does having a photo with 'copyright Flickr' under it mean that the author actually contacted Flickr and asked for a photo, or that they just did an image search and nicked it? Flickr don't hold the copyright for the photos it hosts, the photographers do...

I'm of the belief that quality control on articles within DS is on a downward spiral as of late due to the fact they keep putting the wrong pictures with the story. I noticed around 2 or 3 last month and others have pointed it out on many others much like you yourself pointed this out.
I myself would have had no idea what bike it was but if you see something and you have a bit of knowledge on the subject then you do tend to notice...
some people call us silly or nit pickers but you would actually think for the money they get for the article they would check the content in whatever form it is as there is nothing worse than putting it out there and feeling pleased etc just for people like us to point errors out ;)
ps : I would have looked silly going down the BMW shop after buying the bike in the photo and blaming them for my chronic erections just for them to point out and say "Well sir i would like to suggest you get in touch with Suzuki..." lol

I hope he was hard on them for causing him such severe erectile pain...that said I was always told that if I wore tight jeans then it would cut the circulation to my lower regions and could make me infertile so I would start by checking out those tight leather trousers first!
It is also known that you can get severe long lasting erections from varying degrees of back pain, which you could gradually get from sitting on a bike for hours at a time each day with no back support!
So it isn't as clear cut as just suing BMW is it!
