Kenobi, who resides in California, legally changed his name in 1999 due to a radio competition where $1,000 (£600) could be won by the first listener to change their name after the iconic Star Wars character.
Due to appear in court today (April 30), the man has been charged of walking away from a five-car accident last month.
Roseville police say Kenobi's driving triggered the chain-reaction collision.
According to The Smoking Gun, Obi-Wan Kenobi already had an outstanding warrant for petty theft.

In this case I think The Force might be against him, =X.
