Actress suing IMDb for revealing age identified

Huong Hoang has accused the website and parent company Amazon of breach of contract, fraud, and violation of privacy and consumer protection laws.
She is demanding over $1m in punitive damages as well as $75,000 in compensatory damages, claiming she suffered from age discrimination when IMDb used information from her credit card to reveal she is 40.
Her IMDb page lists her as playing Ghetto Girl Three in Hoodrats 2: Hoodrat Warriors and Sandy in Gingerdead Man 3: Saturday Night Cleaver.
The Texan, who was born in Vietnam, also states that she only uses her Americanised name Junie Hoang and has experienced further discrimination after her real name was listed on the site.
She was forced to file a new lawsuit after Amazon complained about her anonymity, citing judicial transparency, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
I don't think its because she is ashamed, it's just the business she's in is very particular with age, looks etc, like modelling really.. And it affects the jobs or roles you get.

Shouldn't name and age be public domain material for everyone anyway? What stupid law says your not allowed to publicly give the full birth name and age of someone in the public eye? I am sure you can get that from public records if you wanted so its not private security details like credit card numbers, or current address or blood type which would be personal!
Sounds to me like she is a complete and utter failed actress who has huge debts and no chance of paying them off and wants to blame it all, not on her own choices to be an actress or her possible lack of any talent, but at IMDB for revealing her age and not allowing her to pin down them high school cheerleader roles she had in the bag until it was revealed her own kids could have kids who are cheerleaders!
