Newsreader: 'Keep f***ing that chicken'

A US newsreader has seemingly told his weatherman colleague to "keep f**king that chicken" during a live broadcast.

Presenter Ernie Anastos made the comment to Nick Gregory during the 10pm news bulletin on FOX 5 WNYW.

Gregory said: "Check that again on FOX 5 Guardian and check that Saturday to make your weekend plans."

Anastos interjected: "It takes a tough man to make a tender forecast, Nick."

Gregory continued: "I guess that's me."

Anastos replied: "Keep f**king that chicken." Gregory said: "OK, I'll do that."

Co-host Dari Alexander looked surprised by the outburst as the broadcast continued.
