Sunday chart predictions: Florence, Elton

On Wednesday's (July 18) chart update, Florence + the Machine's single was on course for a second week at number one, while Elton John and Pnau had stormed into the lead on the album tally.

Ahead of Sunday's (July 22) Official Chart, Digital Spy looks at Friday's midweeks.

Florence + the Machine are still at the top with their Calvin Harris mix of 'Spectrum', while Maroon 5's 'Payphone' holds at two.

Chris Brown has climbed a spot with 'Don't Wake Me Up' to three, pushing Stooshe's 'Black Heart' to four, while will.i.am's 'Is This Love' completes the top five.

Outside the top ten, Misha B has slipped from nine to 11 with 'Home Run', while Lady Antebellum's 'Need You Now' continues its rise to number 15.

Elsewhere, Angel remains at 20 with 'Wonderful', B.o.B and Taylor Swift leap 26 to 22, and Kylie Minogue's limited run of 'Timebomb' physical CDs means it falls 29 to 36.

On the album chart, Elton vs Pnau's Good Morning to the Night remains at number one, followed by Maroon 5's Overexposed and Frank Ocean's Channel Orange at two and three respectively.

Nas's Life Is Good slides four to six, Adele lifts eight to seven with 21, and Rihanna's Talk That Talk completes the top ten.

Next week's single releases include Conor Maynard's 'Vegas Girl' and Marina and the Diamonds' 'Power & Control', while Plan B, Joss Stone and Jennifer Lopez will be hoping for success on the album chart.
