Miley Cyrus: 'Who Owns My Heart?'
Published Dec 10 2010, 12:48 GMT | By Robert Copsey

Listening to her latest effort, a possible reasons for her tardiness becomes apparent. "I'm dancing on the floor with you / And when you touch my hand I go crazy," she admits over a pulsating bassline and fizzy pop beats that hark back to the still formidable 'See You Again'. If it's boys and parties that are to blame, then we'll reluctantly forgive her on this occasion. After all, she did once concede that "I have heart that will never be tamed", so we can't say we weren't warned!

I agree with Chris, it doesn't seem fair to criticise miley for time management of releasing singles when it isn't her decision.
I personally think it's a communication error or a dispute between Hollywood Records and Fascination Records. Hollywood Records is who Miley is contracted to and Fascination distribute the music throughout the UK.Or Chris's opinion of Hollywood Record executives are awful dictators.
I personally think the song is not bad. Lyics are terrible but the infectious beat does want you to listen to it again and again.

Digitalspy, if you guys are going to cover the music beat, I suggest you figure out how the music industry works. Miley has no control over when singles are issued. It's Disney's Hollywood Records that made that poor disision. Plus, get your facts straight. This single has only been release in Europe, not in the United States. It should be obvious that the highup executives at Disney have decided to deliberately scuttle sales on this album as a way to get back at Miley for ruining their Hannah Montana franchize. When you are a megamultibillion dollar corporation, you can afford to lose a few tens of millions on an album to use it as a way to punish your artists who are not falling into lockstep with the corporate dictates.
