Cowell has said that the album will be released on September 3, The Sun reports.
"Simon knows that to make money from them he needs to move fast," a source said. "Get the first album out as soon as possible before people have moved on.
"September is also a good time as The X Factor will be in its live stages, so there is a chance to get them on the show and plug the album."
Cowell said: "This show is designed to give people like Jonathan and Charlotte an opportunity. Their debut album is going to be stunning."

The album will be a collection of new tracks and cover versions, including their version of 'The Prayer', which they sang on the live final.
Jonathan & Charlotte will be working with Graham Stack, who produced the first three G4 records, on their album.
Jonathan Antoine said: "I'm still pinching myself that we are actually making our own CD," while Charlotte Jaconelli added: "This is a dream come true for us."
Cowell was rumoured to be offering the pair a £1 million recording contract regardless of their Britain's Got Talent result.

I really don't think Jonathan I typecast as an opera singer ... It has a great registry Baritone voice, But the voice add pop of Charlotte makes is spectacular.
It is best to wait for the record and know that the musical style will carry ... No doubt Jonathan sing opera in a short time, but the combination Pop / Bell Canto, I love it.
I hope the CD reaches Mexico...

Good Luck to them both, i will buy it, im not an opera fan but when Jonathan sings he gives me goose bumps. last i heard of Paul Potts hes still making loads of albums and touring the world. i agree that Jonathan would go far on his own but its his choice and he wouldnt let Charlotte down.

Why did he not do the same for Jai McDowall, last year's actual WINNER. We had to wait until Christmas before we had the pleasure of getting his first album Believe. He should apply the same criteria for everyone -
more so, in fact, for the actual winner.

Because he is not obligated to offer a contract to anybody. The prize for BGT is £100,000 and a slot on the Royal Variety Performance, which Jai received. I don't like Simon Cowell but he certainly shouldn't have to apply the same criteria to every singing act. Nor is Cowell the only person out there able to sign someone to a record label.
