Speaking to Radio 1 about performing at the concert, Ora said: "It is just really important to have a message when it comes to music... anything to inspire young kids and the youth is something that I kind of live by."
The Unity concert is being held to mark 20 years since Lawrence was murdered in a racially-motivated attack.
The event will raise money for The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust and aims to champion youth and social empowerment.
"I would like Stephen to be remembered as a young man who had a future," Stephen's mother Doreen and founder of the Lawrence Charitable Trust said.
"He was well loved, and had he been given the chance to survive maybe he would have been the one to bridge the gap between black and white because he didn't distinguish between black or white. He saw people as people."
Other acts set to perform at the special concert are Labrinth, Plan B, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Rudimental, Rizzle Kicks and Jamie Cullum.
