WENN reports that Lambert joined Queen to perform in the Euro 2012 fan zone in Kiev.
Lambert, Queen and John all donated their fees from the gig to local AIDS research organizations.
During their set, John told fans to stand against violence against homosexuals in Ukraine, citing the beating of organisers of a planned gay pride march in May.
Former American Idol Lambert will serve as frontman of Queen for several upcoming shows this year.

Queen???? How can it be without Freddie and John Deacon, geesh!

Saw the show on Sat night & Elton was fab as usual & Queen with Adam Lambert were sublime. I have had the honour of seeing both Queen & Adam Lambert live & was really impressed with this considering 1st time out. Who Wants to Live Forever was a real highlight. Yes Adam is not Freddie (but who is) but is a great singer. Just because Freddie & John are not there, Roger & Brian are active & well & wish to continue playing their music and why shouldn't they? Music is meant to be heard & enjoyed by all.
Cannot wait for Hammersmith shows here & am so pleased am going to see this combo in action!

The show was amazing Adam worked his butt off and you could tell Brian and Roger love him. Next comes Moscow on July 3rd, what a treat.

And if Freddie were around today, he'd say the same thing which is one reason why he never did interviews he wanted to find out about other people because people knew about him as he hardly liked talking about himself, people want to here ADAM and whats going on in the 21st century, not a clone of old stuff or overdrawn reunion/nostalgic tours, thank god John Deacon had the decency to know when enough is enough.

Queen should just retire, it stinks of two old timers of just hogging the spotlight - Queen for me died in 1991. Adam Lambert could do so much better.
