Scissor Sisters spoof advert with Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme

Josh Homme has fronted a spoof advert for the new Scissor Sisters album.

The Queens of the Stone Age frontman presents the funny commercial for the group's latest record Magic Hour.



The 'advert' is filmed in the style of a late-night shopping channel infomercial, complete with Homme seemingly not knowing who the group are.

Homme says that the LP is "dedicated to get you on the dancefloor and keep you on the dancefloor. Forever."

He later describes the album as "a combination of rhythm and romance like you've never heard before".

Homme jokes that the album's ballads are "guaranteed to you and your partner to fall in love again... over again."



He ends the commercial by saying: "Until then, Scissor Sitters and I will see you on the dancefloor..."

Scissor Sisters' new album Magic Hour will be released in the UK on May 28 and will include recent single 'Only The Horses'.

They will embark on a UK and Ireland tour in October to support the LP.
