Cheryl Cole 'for autumn arena tour'

Cheryl Cole is reportedly planning her first solo tour for later in the year.The singer wants to play arenas in support of her upcoming third album A Million Lights, the Daily Star Sunday reports.

"Cheryl is desperate to do her own solo arena tour. She didn't feel she had enough material in previous years but by the end of this year she'll have three albums' worth of hits," a source said.
"Cheryl is so proud of her new album and wants her fans to be able to see her perform it live. There's talk of Cheryl doing her own tour in the autumn, with the Girls Aloud reunion being pushed back to 2013.
"Cheryl wants to tour as soon as possible but it depends how successful the album is internationally. It's no secret she is hoping this will be the album to crack America and the rest of the world. If A Million Lights turns out to be a huge international hit she may be too busy promoting to tour until next year."
A Million Lights is due for release on June 18 and will be preceded by new single 'Call My Name'.
Girls Aloud recently held a meeting in London to discuss their 2013 reunion tour.

Jack Oliver Dobson, its really not that funny to be honest. She worked for her place in that group, she hardly just got put in the group like you suggested.

Jack Oliver Dobson granted she got lucky but she made the most of the oppurtunities that were presented to her, plenty of buskers etc have the same oppurtunities she had. And sometimes doors are shut in your face bcos ur just not good enough, thats called reality.My boss often tells me what to do, does that mean its not work?? no, so what the **** is your point exactly, because they were given help at the start of their career they didnt work at it. that is actually one of the dumbest things i've ever heard in my life. Also do you think that people just learn the dance routines, songs etc without working at them of course she and the other group members worked.

John Buckley I genuinely just laughed out loud at that comment - "it's not like her success just fell in her lap. she auditioned got in a group"...erm, did she have to busk in all weathers, gig at places that pay very little for crappy audiences, queue up in the rain countless times to have doors slammed in her face....? No. She auditioned, got put in a group that were told exactly how to dress, how to act, how to sing, how to be, what to do, what to sing..the list goes on. She didn't work for it at all.

Jason Sagar, I wouldn't be too sure. She won the `best loved celebrity` award at this very site only last year.
