"Everyone has been so welcoming. Full open arms," he said. "We thought it was going to be a massive uphill struggle to just have our song heard over here, but the radio has taken to us and the people have been so nice. And the fans are amazing!"
Parker went on to joke that The Wanted have fully embraced the concept of being a boyband.
"I think we're redefining it a little bit, though," he added. "In England, people have said that. Even guys. It's pretty unheard of for guys to like boybands, but we've done it because we make good music. We don't dance but we're having a good time."
The Wanted previously revealed that they will be collaborating with Chris Brown in the near future.
The group's self-titled EP is released in the US and Canada on April 24.

They have actually released 2 more singles in the US now in the past couple weeks. One of them reached around 150 on itunes and the other is yet to be seen on there. Although they have been successful here doesn't mean they will be there. JLS tried, unfortunately they couldn't do it. Wish them the best of luck though.

Danny Fielding Time will tell, but have you heard 'Chasing the Sun', it's sounds quite reminiscent of GYC though.

Lewis Turrell Guess we'll have to wait and see whether they can keep it up, which I doubt they will.

Danny Fielding But like I said, they've haven't released an official single since Glad You Came yet, so the 'one hit wonder' tag is unjust.
