PJ Harvey's 'Let England Shake' album wins Uncut Music Award 2011

has won this year's Uncut Music Award.
The singer scooped the prize for her tenth studio album Let England Shake
, which also won her the Mercury Music Prize back in September.
Harvey fought off competition from Radiohead's The King of Limbs
, Bon Iver's self-titled effort and Fleet Foxes' Helplessness Blues
The LP was chose as the 2011 winner by a panel of seven judges which included folk singer Linda Thompson, comedian Stewart Lee and Uncut
editor Allan Jones.
Speaking of her win, Harvey told Uncut
: "I'm very pleased to get the Uncut Music Award 2011, and it strengthens my desire to carry on pursuing the avenues of work I have been for the last 20 years.
