When asked at a Madrid press conference today whether there are more duets on the cards, Martin simply replied: "No," before adding: "We have no other plans for collaborations."
He continued: "Rihanna was the only name on the list. It's the only duet we've done and the only one we wanted to do."
The Talk That Talk star appears on Coldplay's 'Princess of China' on their latest album Mylo Xyloto, which is out now.
Lauding Rihanna's input, Martin added: "Most people in the room if they were asked to collaborate [on a song] would choose Rihanna.
"We had a song which we really liked which was written for her about two years ago. It's the best singing on any Coldplay album. Ever."
