The Zutons star denies assault charge

Dave McCabe appeared in Liverpool Crown Court accused of headbutting Peter Appleby last February.
The 29-year-old is charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He has been released on unconditional bail until his trial in September.
The Zutons had hits with 'Why Won't You Give Me Your Love?' and 'Valerie', which was later covered by Amy Winehouse.
