'The Hobbit' unveils new trailer in honour of Tolkien Week - watch

A new trailer for The Hobbit has been released.As announced by director Peter Jackson earlier this week, the trailer includes previously unseen content.
The release is in honour of Tolkien Week celebrations for the 75th anniversary of The Hobbit.
Martin Freeman stars as Bilbo Baggins in the adaptation, while Ian McKellen, Andy Serkis, Hugo Weaving, Elijah Wood and Cate Blanchett are among the Lord of the Rings cast members who will reprise their roles.
New additions to the cast include Richard Armitage as dwarf Thorin Oakenshield, Evangeline Lilly as elf Tauriel, and Benedict Cumberbatch as villainous dragon Smaug.

Cate Blanchett returns to Middle-earth as royal Elf Galadriel.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be released on December 14.

It’s understandable. It’s been 15 years since I read The Hobbit, and I’ve always remembered it with huge affection. Am so glad it’s soon coming on-screen.

Really looking forward to this as the lord of the rings is the king of blockbuster movies and is a million times better than garbage like transformers. I want gollum to look the same no point in making him look better just the same will be fine. I thought the fx on the trailer looked perfect. I don't mind it being 3 films but I would have more respect for Jackson and the studio if they just came out and admitted there milking it for as much cash as possible.
