Darren Aronofsky posts first picture of ark from 'Noah' set

Darren Aronofsky has shared his first picture from the Noah set.The Black Swan director posted an image of the famous ark - currently under construction and only partially finished - for his Twitter followers.

Aronofsky wrote: "I dreamt about this since I was 13. And now it's a reality. Genesis 6:14."
Genesis 6:14 directly refers to the orders given to Noah for construction of the ark.
Aronofsky's movie stars Russell Crowe as Noah, with a supporting cast including Emma Watson, Anthony Hopkins and Jennifer Connelly.
Douglas Booth and Watson's Perks of Being a Wallflower co-star Logan Lerman will play Noah's sons.
Filming on Noah is due to begin this month in New York and Iceland. A US release date has been pencilled in for March 28, 2014.
PAH! Look at all that hardware. Lazy basts. Noah built the Ark himself with the help of a few of his kids.

fyi the forklift used here is an exact replica as the one Noah used.
