The Dark Knight Rises will debut its third trailer at screenings of The Avengers, it has been confirmed.A new teaser for the DC Comics movie can be seen when Marvel's Avengers opens in the US on May 4.

"Yes, our third trailer will be out with The Avengers," a Warner Bros exec told Deadline.
"We see this placement as a good strategic decision. We always want our trailers to be seen with films that people want to see - and a lot of people will be going to The Avengers.
"It will provide the best potential exposure for The Dark Knight Rises. It's a big positive for everyone."
Warner Bros previously placed a trailer for DC Comics' The Dark Knight before showings of Marvel's Iron Man back in 2008.
The Dark Knight Rises, which opens July 20, is the final movie in Christopher Nolan's Batman series and stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman, alongside new characters Bane (Tom Hardy) and Selena Kyle (Anne Hathaway).
Two official trailers have already been released, with one being downloaded a record-breaking 12.5 million times in the first 24 hours of its release on December 19, 2011.
