Angelina Jolie father Jon Voight on leg pose: 'I thought it was great'

Jon Voight has said that he approves of daughter Angelina Jolie's attention-grabbing leg pose at the 2012 Oscars.The actress wore a black velvet Atelier Versace dress exposing her right leg and made sure to make the feature prominent throughout the ceremony, most noticeably when she presented the 'Best Adapted Screenplay' and 'Best Original Screenplay' prizes.

Asked for his thoughts on Jolie's alluring stance, Voight told Daybreak: "I'm so in love with her of course, as every father's in love with his daughter.
"She comes out and does this pose and waits until people get it, it was so great. The audience responded so wonderfully too, [with] whistles and everything."

Jolie's pose was mimicked by The Descendants writer Jim Rash when he collected the 'Best Adapted Screenplay' award, though he insisted that it had been "a loving tribute and nothing but".
A spoof Twitter account for her right leg has so far garnered close to 10,000 followers.

Patrick Moore Not quite true. I tried out my legs by walking downstairs. The urge to pose at the top was almost irresistible though! :-)
