'The Hobbit': new picture of Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins released

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey has released a new preview picture.Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings prequel debuted an image of Martin Freeman's Bilbo Baggins wielding a sword via The Los Angeles Times.

The Sherlock star will appear in the two-movie project alongside returning cast members Ian McKellen, Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom, Ian Holm, Christopher Lee, Hugo Weaving, Elijah Wood and Andy Serkis.
Richard Armitage, Stephen Fry, Benedict Cumberbatch, Sylvester McCoy, Bret McKenzie, James Nesbitt, Lee Pace, Aidan Turner, Evangeline Lilly and Luke Evans join Freeman as newcomers to the franchise.
The Hobbit sees Bilbo team up with Gandalf the wizard and a band of dwarves on a quest to reclaim a horde of treasure from the evil dragon Smaug.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey arrives in cinemas in December 2012.

Tony Heaney if you are a reader you should check out the book Tony, it's a great read.. faster paced than LOTR and I think will make a more enjoyable movie as it will be closer to the book
