"Imagine you bought the PS3 version of the latest Grand Theft Auto game," read the survey.
"As you've bought the PS3 version of the game, you would be able to download the PS Vita version of the game with a discounted price (from the normal price of £29.99)."
It displayed ten different discount amounts, ranging from £5 to £22.50 and even for free, asking users to rate how likely they were to use the offer.
The same survey also asks whether the respondent would prefer to download digital versions of PS3 and Vita games from PSN if they were £5 cheaper than retail.

The survey looks to be similar to the one recently reported to offer a free Vita version of Gran Turismo for PS Plus subscribers.
It was rumoured that a revamped PlayStation Plus service would be revealed at E3.
Earlier this year a store listing suggested that Grand Theft Auto was coming to PlayStation Vita.

Obvious grand theft auto was going to be released for Vita, it came to PSP. But im guessing it will just be GTA5 vita version, similar to Liberty City Stories & Vice City Stories were released for PS2 and PSP.

This is only good news if it's a complete different game to GTA V

It depends on the game. I bought StarDrone Extreme for the Vita and found out it shared save games with the PS3. The game was a fiver on the Vita, but then another fiver to play the same game I had bought on the PS3. If the game is identical and cheap it should be free. I'd probably pay £5 to make a PS3 game portable so I could play on my Vita when I was away from home and I guess I'd pay a bit more (£10) if I had the (less good) Vita version and I wanted to play the same game on my PS3
