E3 2012: 'Tomb Raider' timed Xbox 360 DLC announced

will feature exclusive timed Xbox 360 DLC when it launches next year, Crystal Dynamics has revealed.
Announced during Microsoft's E3 press conference
, the news was accompanied by an extended gameplay demonstration.
The gameplay demo showed Lara Croft attempting to survive some river rapids and parachuting through the jungle.
Originally scheduled for a 2012 release, Tomb Raider was recently pushed back
by Crystal Dynamics.Announced in late 2010
, Tomb Raider
will be an origin story for Lara Croft, seeing her shipwrecked and stranded on a Pacific island.
The open-world title will see Lara's abilities improve over time, providing her with new tools, gear and athletic prowess to access new areas of the island.
The game will be released for the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Mac, although a Wii U version was ruled out by the team
earlier this year.
