"Right now, we are very hard at work on the game and are excited as well to show and tell you more as development progresses - expect that we'll be talking much more about GTAV starting at some point in a few months' time."
Rockstar also reiterated the fact that Grand Theft Auto V will be its "largest and most ambitious" game to date.
"Grand Theft Auto V is set in the city of Los Santos and its surrounding hills, countryside and beaches - and it will be the largest and most ambitious open world game we've ever created…"
Grand Theft Auto V was announced last October, with the debut trailer going live a week later.
Release dates or platforms are yet to be announced, although some analysts have predicted a summer launch for the title.
The game's lead character is thought to be a man named Albert De Silva, played by Ned Luke.

GTA 4 was great the online was classic free mode just getting cops after you with 16 other players was amazing, I hope GTA 5 has online play.

It'll be the next game the media name-drops as causing someone's act of violence at some point. Regardless, one of the few games this year I'm looking forward to!

Couldn't they be a little more adventurous and stay away from America. Would be nice to do a bit of a reboot and set it somewhere else, Japan for example.

There was only two things that bugged me about GTA4. The needy friends and not getting a huge mansion at the end. Then! The Ballad of Gay Tony had the cheek to show you this awesome penthouse suite with all sorts of cool stuff in... then not give it to you at the end.
Robbed.

not all gta games will give you that luxury, think about who niko was he was poor he moved to liberty to get a lifestyle change because his cousin roman promised him a mansion, riches, and girls, did he get this no. but what did you get? you got 5-6 hours even more, making niko from a poor guy into a semi rich one, in gta v its all about money, buying property etc. you'll get your penthouse mansion soon. stop whining
