The premium package has been listed on US retailer GameStop's website, priced at $79.99 (£50).
As well as a copy of the game, it features a metal case, 70-page art book, limited edition Dark Horse Comic, fabric N7 patch, digital soundtrack and an exclusive 4x6 lithographic print of the SR-2 Alliance Normandy.
In-game content includes an N7 Arsenal Pack, the Squad Alternate appearance pack for Ashley Williams, Liara, James Vega and Kaidan, a new mission, bonus character, and a robotic dog for the Normandy.
Mass Effect 3's Galaxy at War mode was announced earlier this year featuring co-operative missions for up to four players.
BioWare recently revealed that the mode will be affected by choices from earlier Mass Effect games.
Mass Effect 3 will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC from March 6 in the US and March 9 in Europe.
