Kratos to appear in 'Mortal Kombat'

The God Of War protagonist will have his own fatalities, combat movies and a themed combat area, according to Official PlayStation Magazine (via StickSkills).
Director and lead designer of the original God Of War David Jaffe told followers on Twitter that he was pleased with the announcement.
"LOVE that Kratos is in the new MK. So bummed he's not in the story portion. Heard about it from Ed [Boon] at E3 this year and had to keep super mum on it but man, fucking LOVE it. He totally fits in that world."
Mortal Kombat will be available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in early 2011.
