Davy Proctor Judging by what was said in the statement I can't see a 2012 release July 13th 2012 at 12:59am
Jonn-o Dangerously So here's what I took from them.
Essentially what we're being shown is the graphic rendering when close and the graphic rendering from up high.
In with that are a couple of extras. The water rendering being one. The new Police Helicopter design the other; the camera on the front is interesting. I'm wondering if the Player Character will be able to use it? July 12th 2012 at 11:27pm
soio And nearly a year later, two pretty poor screenshots with absolutely no meaning. Why announce the game when it sounds like it's not even halfway completed? Rockstar should have focused on promoting Max Payne 3 and then when GTA 5 is near completion some PROPER marketing strategy should have been used, releasing a few trailers and then eventually releasing some gameplay footage to attract new fans and existing GTA fans. Appalling. July 12th 2012 at 9:26pm
Jonn-o Dangerously 1 - The pictures reveal more than first appearances would indicate.
2 - This is part of the build up strategy. It's classic Rockstar to leak the bare minimum amount of information until people are gagging for the game and then after we've all been marinating in our own anticipation for a few months they blam us with the proper advertising campaign leading up to the launch. AbsoluteSpirit Looks good, but don't most games these days?
Still not preordering or buying till I see at least 5 reviews that say its like an updated San Andreas July 12th 2012 at 7:50pm
thomas2400 Or just play San Andreas again and then get this new GTA, why any one would want the same game again is beyond me July 13th 2012 at 1:41am
AbsoluteSpirit The point was to include all the things that made San Andreas a great game and to get rid of all the things that made GTA IV a much worse one... Too many companies change the mechanics of what made an earlier game successful & 'improve' things for the sake of it. Of course I don't want it to be 'San Andreas HD' (although I'd buy that) but it needs to be the spiritual successor to SA for me to care. IV looked good and played terribly and had no real reply value - it just wasn't a 'sticky' game July 13th 2012 at 11:01am
Daniel Darkadder black ops 2 gonna win game of this year lol if not halo 4 July 12th 2012 at 7:33pm

1994 The way they con gamers by making them pay £50 for virtually the same COD game is comical. GTA 5 will be the game of the year - story is always amazing and it's wayyyy more interesting being the bad guy ;) July 12th 2012 at 8:01pm(+1 like)
