    I enjoy all the elm street sequels but only because they were some of the first horror films I saw as a kid. Part 3 and New Nightmare are still strong movies though.

    disagree (as per) for a start Matrix 2 (and 3) are great and I hate Blair Witch, no2 was brilliant for me.

    'The Rage - Carrie 2' needs to be on this list. Ignoring the fact that Carrie isn't even in it, considering she died in the first film, it really is a terrible, terrible film and a blight on the original. Similarly, The Hangover Part 2. Mark Kermode once described it as a remake of the first film and he's spot on. Just totally pointless.
