'Superboy' gets writer Tom DeFalco

Superboy will be written by Tom DeFalco from issue #12 onwards.

The Legion Lost scribe, who has assisted Scott Lobdell on recent issues, will take on full writing duties on the DC Comics title in August.



R.B. Silva and Rob Lean will continue to serve as Superboy's art team, and Steve Lightle will provide a cover illustration for issue #12.

Lobdell is rumoured to be taking over writing duties on DC's core Superman title following the release of September's 'New 52' #0 issues.

A creative team for Superboy #0 is yet to be confirmed.

Superboy #12 arrives in stores on August 8.
