Marvel's solicitation for the comic reads: "Iceman, Kitty Pryde and the Human Torch discover the true history of the x-gene as the divide between mankind and mutantkind grows deeper than ever before! Who are the X-Men and how will they handle the fallout of this universe-shattering discovery?"
The series is being launched as part of the 'Ultimate Comics Reborn' initiative, with kicked off last month with the conclusion of Brian Michael Bendis's 'Death of Spider-Man'. The scheme also includes the debut of Ultimate Comics: Ultimates, the relaunch of Ultimate Comics: Spider-Man, and the Ultimate Comics: Hawkeye miniseries.

No. Daken is his son in 616 continuity. In the Ultimate universe continuity his son is a kid called Jimmy Hudon. Not a fan at all. Daken would've been far cooler but so far he's only 616
