Champagne eyes Marvel projects

has revealed that he is hoping to work for Marvel Comics
in the future.
The writer and artist is best known for his work for rival publisher DC, which includes stints on JSA, Superboy
and Green Lantern Corps
, as well as his own project KC The Mighty
In an interview with DS
, Champagne confirmed that he has recently pitched ideas to Marvel. "Compared to DC, I've done very little writing work for Marvel and I'm interested in cracking the door open a bit more over there," he said. "I have a couple of pitches in for different projects, that's the first step."
The creator's recent works include Ghostbusters
books for IDW Publishing and Adolescent Radioactive Black Belt Hamsters
for Dynamite Entertainment.
Champagne is currently writing WWE Heroes
