Kareena Kapoor: 'Priyanka Chopra is a great actress'

Kareena Kapoor has claimed she is not in competition with Priyanka Chopra.

The two actresses were famously rumoured to be rivals until Chopra recently made a set visit to Heroine.



Kapoor told the Hindustan Times: "How many times will I patch up with her? I have never had any issues with Priyanka.

"It was very sweet of Priyanka to come over (to the set of Heroine). Honestly speaking, I have never looked at her as a competitor.

"I personally believe that Priyanka is a wonderful actor. And since I come from an actor's family, I respect her as an artist too. She is a fun girl. We hit it off right from the word go."

Chopra tweeted after her set visit: "Hopped in on Madhur Bhandarkar's set of Heroine and hung out with Bebo [Kapoor] and my entire fashion team. Such fond memories."

Kapoor recently dismissed speculation that she will be taking a career break after finishing Heroine, which will be released to coincide with her birthday on September 21.
