Karan Johar 'in surprise wedding announcement'

The Dharma Productions filmmaker is said to be planning to marry New York-based socialite Vandana Melwani.
According to Mid Day, the director-producer has been meeting Melwani, while undertaking writing trips to the US and UK.
Johar, who recently turned down the role of a sex maniac in a Vishal Bhardwaj project, has yet to confirm reports in the Indian media.
The Koffee with Karan director is known to question his star guests about their relationships when they appear on the show. However, Johar is said to refuse to talk about his own personal life.
Varun Dhawan and Aalia Bhatt, the actors in his latest project Student of the Year, are allegedly dating.
